How is "savings" calculated?
Savings = (Your pre-Blamphs GPU spend) - (Your post-Blamphs GPU spend). We calculate this from your AWS CloudWatch metrics and EC2 billing data. You can audit the calculation in your dashboard at any time.
What if Blamphs doesn't save me money?
You pay nothing. Our shared upside model means we only make money when you do. If we don't reduce your GPU costs, there's no charge.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll be prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual plans get 2 months free (same as other SaaS products). Contact sales for custom annual agreements and invoicing terms.
What happens if I exceed my node limit on the Starter plan?
You'll receive a notification to upgrade to Growth. Your monitoring continues uninterrupted — we don't cut off your service mid-month.
Why is your pricing different from CAST AI or Spot.io?
Most competitors charge fixed monthly fees ($500-$2000/mo) regardless of savings. We only charge when we save you money, and the amount scales with your actual savings. This aligns our incentives with yours.
How does the free trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you'll see exactly how much we saved you before you're charged anything.
Is my AWS data secure?
Yes. We connect via a read-only IAM role — we never have write access to your infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant (Enterprise plans).
